Awareness Fest is a live music event that had its inaugural year June 2024, it is held in the gardens of The George Inn Pub Wedmore. The event was conceptualised to raise ‘awareness’ and money for high-grade brain tumour research in loving memory of Adam Stimpson. Adam was just 20 years when he died less than 6 months from diagnosis in May 2023. In its first year the event raised over £17.5k for the Brain Tumour charity!
Don't miss out, come and join us for this year’s event at The George Inn, for an afternoon and evening of great live music, delicious barbeque food plus pizza from local guys' Slice One, a live auction and raffle, with some amazing prizes to be won.
Let's celebrate the spirit of a young life and our drive for early detection, research and awareness of Brain Tumours whilst continuing to raise money for the Adam Stimpson Fund.
All proceeds from ticket sales, the auction and the raffle will again all be going to The Brain Tumour Charity, the world's leading brain tumour charity, moving further and faster to help everyone affected by a brain tumour or brain cancer.
